US Solar tariffs (Section 201)
Starting from Feb. 2018, the US administration set a tariff on imported solar modules from non-GSP-Eligible countries (Except for Thailand and the Philippines, which will not be excluded from the tariff) under the following rules:

The Indian government imposed safeguard duty on imported modules from China and Malaysia for 2 years starting from July 2018 under the following rules:

France CFP (Carbon footprint) tender regulation
French energy regulatory commission (CRE) has set a low carbon footprint solar panels certification mandatory for the participation in utility-scale PV plant tenders.
The CFP value of the panel will be calculated on the panel’s components (besides the diodes, junction boxes, and aluminum frames) and the number of sqm needed for 1 kWp of capacity.
